Requirements:

• Experience using the Windows operating system, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer.
• Ability and patience to perform detailed testing.
• Ability to multi-task on more then one project at a time.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
• Experience in web-based software testing process and procedures is a plus.
• Teamwork and a positive attitude are key attributes for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Your primary duties will include full functionality testing of our web-based internal applications, as well as reporting defects using our bug tracking databases.
• The QA Tester will participate in design reviews/walkthroughs for projects to ensure resulting specifications are complete, testable and address project requirements.
• Develops and implements Test Plans that will address the needs for testing functionality, data content, performance and usability and updates manager/team regularly on testing progress.
• Writes detailed and well-structured User Guides and walkthroughs of implemented features for our internal users.
• We are looking for individuals that have a keen eye for detail, great work ethics, excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
