Careers - Project Manager

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science.
• Profound Project Management / management experience;
• Budget management experience;
• Proficiency in English;
• In depth knowledge of: systems and infrastructure, applications and architecture;
• Any certification is an advantage;
• Results and customer oriented, reliable and accountable team player;
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; strong analytical and planning skills; strategic thinking;
• Excellent communication and team management skills; excellent negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage people and budget and coordinate all related tasks of the assigned project.
• Identify all project activities, create the work breakdown structure and select project staff.
• Outline the project’s deliverables, phases, milestones and create an up-to-date project plan.
• Assign tasks to the team members and monitor their status and completion. Provide coaching if needed.
• Identify, evaluate, suggest and coordinate the implementation of required technical solution for implementing various systems/ databases/ communication networks/ applications and consolidating/ migrating the legacy systems into the new system architecture.
• Ensure the quality of the project deliverables, budget compliance, deadlines and the compliance with company’s and project’s standards and methodologies.
• Responsible for documenting the project.
• Assess risks and identify possible counter measures.
• Elaborate change requests when needed and align with all parties involved.
• Prepare the Project Closure Form at the end of the project.
